We were well looked after by Alex from the start. He built the itinerary, organised hotels, transfers, trips and then during the trip his team was excellent.

I found IDC travel online because of the good reviews, and after a day of inquiring, Sir Alex responded right away with a detailed itinerary tailored to our preference! He is very responsive and accommodating with our needs, especially during our travel. Our trip in vietnam was organised, smooth, and really enjoyable! Even the organization of the itinerary and payments went smoothly. Some few comments would be agreeing to the previous review, like having the tour guide give us advices/tips about maybe the weather, what to wear, what to expect during the tours or anything important to bring if necessary so we could prepare better in terms of outfit, what to bring, etc. The drivers are very nice, but it would be even better if they greeted/welcomed us once we arrive. One driver did not have proper signage so we were waiting for quite awhile. Nevertheless, Sir Alex listened to our concerns and came up with solutions right away. Overall, we are very satisfied and it was great value for our money too. We booked another tour with them for Thailand this August. We cannot wait to book with them again in the future.

Our trip to Vietnam/Cambodia started in 2019 then the world shut down! We finally went on our bucket list trip in February 2023! Alex was instrumental in ensuring our trip was a 5 star experience! From the beginning of the planning to the end of our trip all details were documented and when we asked for a change during the trip Alex was quick to ensure the change was completed in a timely manner. Everything from the tour guides seeing so many wonderful sites in Hanoi, Halong Bay and Sapa (Vietnam) to many temples, Angkor Wat in Cambodia. WOW! is all I have to say we had such a great time with IDC Travel's organization. I would highly recommend booking a trip with IDC and I will again in the near future. Thank you!

From start to finish, this tour was an exceptional experience. Alex, our travel advisor, was incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions and putting together a tailored itinerary that perfectly fit our interests and preferences. We were able to visit some of Vietnam's most iconic sites, including Ha Long Bay, Hoi An, and the Cu Chi Tunnels, as well as lesser-known but equally fascinating places like the Mekong Delta and the Marble Mountains.

The accommodations throughout the tour were top-notch, with clean and comfortable rooms, delicious food, and friendly staff. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, personable, and went out of his way to make sure that we had the best possible experience. He was always available to answer our questions, offer suggestions, and make sure that we were comfortable.

One of the highlights of the tour was the opportunity to meet and interact with local people, both in the cities and in more rural areas. We were able to learn about their culture and way of life, and even participate in some traditional activities like making rice paper and fishing with local fishermen.

Overall, I cannot recommend this tour highly enough. If you are looking for an immersive and unforgettable experience in Vietnam, IDC Travel and Alex are the way to go. Thank you for an incredible trip!

The tour guide in Hanoi was outstanding. On a brighter note, the guides in Ho Chi Minh City and Nha Trang provided excellent tours, contributing to our overall satisfaction with the trip to Vietnam. In terms of accommodations, each city I visited offered nice, clean facilities with welcoming and hospitable staff. I have no complaints in this regard. A big thank you to Alex for orchestrating such a wonderful experience.

The guide knew the area very well and spoke good English. The beach is beautiful and maybe because of the virus fewer people travelling, or maybe because of the location and the timing, but it felt like we had the whole area to ourselves. The food and fruits are also delicious.

Great experience overall. Alex was very helpful to us. He even sent us our boarding pass for the domestic flights. He made our stay in Vietnam & Cambodia a very memorable one. He was very accomodating to us during our stay in Vietnam. Thank you once again Alex. We will definitely use IDC if we were to come back to Vietnam.
