The city tour of Saigon starts by visiting the Reunification Palace. You will visit the former residence of South Vietnam’s President until the decline of the ‘Republic of Vietnam’ in late April 1975. Explore the Notre Dame Cathedral. Then visit the Old Saigon Post Office. They are signature French colonial structures near to the palace.

Catch a flight to Buon Me Thuot in the evening. Check-in your hotel on arrival.

Depart for Don village in the morning. Visit the Srepok River Suspension Bridge. Explore the 120-year-old Lao house on stilts, the tomb, and hear the story of the Elephant Hunting King. Enter Don Village’s eco-tourism zone and start a picnic. You can experience the beauty of Yok Don National Park by walking or riding a bike, or you can ride an elephant through the forest and visit villages. Ede people live in Ako Dhong village, which has traditional stilte houses. Visit  Khai Doan Pagoda. Discover the Museum of Ethnology to learn about the components and spiritual lives of the Central Highlands’ ethnic communities.

Srepok River- Buon Me Thuot

Travel to Lak Lake in the afternoon. You will sail dugout boats. Admire the beautiful sunset on the lake as well as the highland landscapes around.

In the evening, you can join a campfire. You can taste Can wine, a special wine of the region. Enjoy the Gongs performances and learn about Central Highlands ethnic minorities.

Overnight in Buon Me Thuot.

Drive to Pleiku after breakfast. You will stop along the way to see the vast plantations of coffee, rubber trees, and pepper. Check-in at the hotel in Pleiku. Enjoy some free time.

Explore the natural Lake of T’nung located at the mouth of a volcano. Then travel to Dektu and Dekrol villages. You will have the chance for sightseeing and learning about Banar culture. Discover the Rong house, the center of village cultural and ritual life. Go to Bahnar’s cemetery. You will see a lot of wine jars, wooden statues, gongs and other items of family property are kept.

Overnight in Pleiku.

Visit the Gialai Museum of Ethnology. You will learn about the heritage of the Bahnar and Jarai people. Continue on to Pleiku’s former prison. Then visit Minh Thanh pagoda.

Drive to Kon Tum. Check-in your hotel. Visit the village and some local families. Walking down the sandy banks of the Dakbla River.

At 08:30, pickup from your hotel. Transfer to the Kon Ko Lor suspension bridge. Begin your journey by trekking through Bahnar villages. You will have the opportunity to enjoy the majestic Rong houses. Here you will meet very friendly Bahnar people and learn about their culture and customs.   Continue trekking for another 4 kilometers along the Dakbla River. Take a  dug-out canoe. You will boat downstream of the river to Kon Ko Tu village. Here you will have time to take a river swim. Maybe you can choose to relax and enjoy the scenic views. Have dinner and overnight in the village. Participate in the Gong show. Join in a campfire. You can taste jar wine, and dance with Bahnar people.

Transfer by car about 300 kilometers to Hoi An. Check-in your hotel and relax.
