Lunch in Saigon before heading to the Cu Chi Tunnels (60 km from Saigon). The Cu Chi Tunnels are a vast network of underground galleries near Ho Chi Minh City and part of a much larger network across the country. These tunnels were the site of several military campaigns during the Vietnam War and the Viet Cong base during the Tet Offensive in 1968.

Breakfast at the hotel then travel by bus to My Tho. From there, board a motorboat on the Bao Dinh canal, lined with stilt houses and orchards. Visit My Tho’s fruit market and Turtle Island. Hike on Thoi Son Island before returning by boat to My Tho.

Hoi An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a quiet riverside town, very popular with tourists for its architecture, numerous tailor shops, and varied cafes and restaurants. Some of the buildings scattered in narrow streets have not changed for over a century.
In the morning, walk along the winding roads of the ancient city, and visit the Chua Ong Pagoda, the Chinese Assembly Hall, the 200-year-old Tam Ky house, and the Japanese-covered bridge.
In the afternoon, stroll through Hoi An Town, relax at Cua Dai Beach, and, if you wish, visit the My Son Cham ruins.

Start your day by visiting the Imperial City and the private residence of the emperor. The Imperial City, built in the 19th century based on the model of Beijing’s Forbidden City, houses many palaces and temples. Then discover the Hoan Kiem Lake, the Temple of Literature, the peaceful Tran Quoc Pagoda, and the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology.

In the morning, you will have the chance to visit the ancient capital of Angkor Thom from the 12th century, and then discover the South Gate with its huge statues representing the churning of the milk ocean, the Bayon temple, the Terrace of the Leper King, and Ta Prohmla Terrace of the Elephants.
In the afternoon, visit Angkor Wat, considered the most famous of the Angkor complex. The Angkor Wat covers 81 hectares and is comparable in size to the Imperial Palace in Beijing. This 12th-century site is known for its best representation of traditional Khmer art and architecture. Its five towers, adorned with the Cambodian flag, signify the five peaks of Meru, while the walls are supposed to represent the national border and the surrounding sea.
