After breakfast, start your journey to discover Angkor Thom – the ancient capital of the Khmer Empire. Starting at the South Gate, you will explore the complex by visiting the central Bayon Temple, the three-tiered Hindu Temple of Baphoun, and the Elephant Terrace, which is part of the walled city.
Continue the tour with a stop at the jungle-engulfed Ta Prohm Temple, built by King Jayavarman VII in 1186. Spend time admiring this temple and its surrounding jungle from the Hollywood film Tomb Raider.
