Mekong Delta One Day Trip

This Mekong Delta One Day trip starts at 8 a.m, our guide and car will pick you up at the hotel for your transfer to My Tho and Ben Tre.

Arrival in My Tho, taking a cruise on the Tien River to admire the landscape of the 04 islets of Long, Lan, Qui and Phung.

Boats pass through fish rafts along the Tien River, looking at the Rach Mieu Bridge.

Go to Thoi Son Islet. Walk on the village road, visit the orchard, taste seasonal fruits and listen to the actors of the south. Use rowing boats to weave through the small canal to see the idyllic river scenery, visit the bee farm, taste honey tea, banana wine…

Descent of the river to the channel of Tan Thach (Ben Tre). After that, you will visit the Coconut Candy Oven – specialty of Ben Tre, traditional handicraft village. This is one of the most favorite activities in this Mekong Delta tour, because you are able to try candies and make them under the guidance of a local craftsman.

Use a motorboat to explore Rach (Tan Thach) to know about daily life of rural people, then go to Restaurant for lunch. At the ecological restaurant, there is a crocodile farm, a hedgehog farm, a model of frogs, snakes, etc. After lunch, you can choose between 2 options, have hammocks to rest or take a bike ride to visit orchards, coconut groves and fields.

Then take a horse-drawn carriage to visit the village road and discover daily life of the locals.

Return to My Tho to end the tour and drive to Ho Chi Minh City. End of a Mekong Delta one day trip with many interesting experiences.
